Do I need a developer to set it up?

Do I have to use the AI?
No. The AI is off until you turn it on. When it is on, it only answers from what you have told it, and questions about health, medical matters or allergens always go to a person.
What if we reach the monthly limit on AI replies?
Each plan with the AI includes up to 300 AI replies a month. When you reach it, new chats go to your team as normal. We never charge you automatically for going over.
What does the AI see?
Only the information you give it, such as your opening hours, prices and policies, and the chat it is answering. The AI is provided by Google (Gemini).[TODO(Jack/Legal): what Google does with the data, once Google's data terms are confirmed. Nothing is claimed here either way.]
How long do you keep chats?
